ABOUT NTL CONSULTING & STRATEGY

NTL Consulting & Strategy is tremendously proud of the impact that we have made in supporting our clients by providing quality professional, educational, leadership, and diversity services.

The mission of NTL Consulting & Strategy is to challenge individuals and leaders to become champions of innovation and solutions related to personal or organizational goals, through self-discovery and empowerment for the betterment of our communities and institutions. Recognizing one’s own strengths, gaps, core values, and experiences, we can understand how the intersections of our abilities can drive our actions, thus strategically creating blueprints for success. At the core of promoting intentional growth regarding organizational and career development is our ability to become self-aware.

We approach this mission by using the Appreciative Advising based framework — the foundation of effectively managing partnership-based growth. Appreciative Advising helps us look at the links between three factors: Discovering; Designing; & Dreaming.

Through these three integral aspects we support clients with facilitating 1:1 coaching sessions, workshops, team-based activities, organizational trainings, along with leadership and development seminars.
